Traumatic,
life altering events tend to change a person.
In the case of one Marie Annabelle Jones, the traumatic experience of
being kidnapped transformed her from a good-hearted, warm, caring individual
and into a selfish, self-centered, manipulative bitch who would do anything to
get ahead. Jones decided from then on
that she would need people to watch her back so as to ensure that she never
again would be harmed by anyone in the wrestling industry. She also wanted her revenge, a revenge that
would be two-pronged: the first would be against her half-sister, Kimberly
Williams, the psychotic twin who actually kidnapped Marie and took her place in
IWC. The second prong of this revenge
would be against the IWC roster itself, people she had once considered friends
but none of whom seemed to care or even lift a finger to help her, people who
didn’t care enough to notice that she was gone.
Abigail
Lindsey, now known as Serenity, was the specific target of Marie’s initial
rage. The Phoenix had learned that
Kimberly had let Lindsey in on her little secret. Kimberly had confided in Abigail that she had
kidnapped Marie and was impersonating her.
Abigail
decided to do nothing.
Someone whom
Marie thought she could trust, someone she thought she had built up a bond
with, blatantly ignored what Kim had told her, she did not seek to help
Marie. Abigail, in fact, thought the
“new” Marie (Kim) was better than the real Marie. Good riddance!
If that’s
how she felt, then fine, Marie would make sure Abigail Lindsey, or Serenity, or
whatever the hell she called herself nowadays would get hers. It would all be a part of her ultimate
revenge, a revenge that would center around using Kimberly’s testimony to gain
a legal victory over Abigail and then, eventually, a physical victory over her
in what would no doubt be a fight more than a true blue traditional wrestling
match, a match that will take place at the IWC End of Year Special.
This revenge
would be a difficult one to achieve, and to achieve it she first joined up with
Samantha Hodgson who got her an inside track to join The Good Movement. And, initially, there was some success as
Marie, with Hodgson’s help, obtained a lawyer who got Kimberly’s entire state
and well-being turned over to Marie.
Thus Marie decided Kim’s fate and thus Marie held her former captor over
a barrel. So being a member of The Good
Movement served its purpose for what it was worth, but ultimately Ethan Von
Aaron became too busy chasing Rachel Frost’s skirt and Samantha Hodgson proved
too weak an agent to give Marie what she ultimately wanted in terms of revenge. Even the legal action against Abigail Lindsey
seemed to stall. Sure, she won her case,
but Hodgson couldn’t pull the proper legal strings to be able to get the video
footage of Abigail’s admission aired on live television.
The video
footage was supposed to be the crowning achievement, the ultimate humiliation,
and Samantha Hodgson couldn’t get the job done; Samantha side-tracked Marie’s
revenge by getting her distracted in a brutal rivalry with Vanilla Skyy.
Jones saw
the writing on the wall. Ethan Von Aaron
was of no help whatsoever with his Rachel Frost obsession and Samantha Hodgson
proved to be completely inept at getting her what she wanted. Young Marie knew what she had to do. She had to abandon The Good Movement ship,
she had to ditch Samantha Hodgson and find someone else who could assist Marie
in finishing the job.
Enter Silas
Mason.
Marie was
not sure at first who to go to. So where
do children go to for advice when they need it most except their parents? And Angelica Jones, who had long since wanted
to help out her daughter, was more than willing to offer her assistance.
Angelica had
remained on the sidelines only because Marie had requested it. Marie wanted to be able to do this on her
own. She wanted to make a name for
herself in this industry and not look like she couldn’t get the job done
without her mother’s help. Thus she
asked her mother to stay out of her business and Angelica had honored this
request. Angelica wanted nothing more
than to gut Abigail Lindsey herself for the part she played in her daughter’s
kidnapping and yet she stayed out of it.
She stayed out of it in order to honor her daughter’s wish.
So when Marie
Annabelle Jones came to her front door asking for help, Angelica was more than
willing to offer her help. But what
Angelica offered was not merely motivational words or the promise of her
back-up in case she went out after Serenity.
What
Angelica offered Marie was the services of Silas Mason.
Initially
Marie had been suspect of Silas Mason but, after witnessing what the man of a
thousand hats did for her mother’s career (namely three world championships and
ownership of Pro-Wrestling FRONTIER) she realized that perhaps this man very
well could be the one who could finish the job against Serenity and get Marie
the revenge she wanted.
And from
there, championship gold.
This would
complete most of the revenge she seeks.
Kimberly would have paid for what she did to Marie. Abigail Lindsey would have been humiliated,
humbled, and beaten down at the End of the Year Special. And finally Marie could force the rest of IWC
to sit up and take notice of her by winning championship gold.
First thing
is first and that is to complete her revenge by defeating Abigail
Lindsey…Serenity…whatever…at the End of the Year Special. Marie is ready, willing, and able to take
Serenity apart, piece by piece, and make her suffer, much like Marie herself
suffered when she had been kidnapped by Kim.
Abigail could have rescued Marie simply by telling authorities what she
knew but she didn’t. Abigail remained
silent and allowed Marie’s suffering and torture to continue.
Now Marie
will make Serenity pay.
What brings
the red-headed beauty to this mental hospital in Boston, Massachusetts on a
bright sunny day when she could be training?
Despite the match coming up in a few short days, Jones cannot help but
rub it in. She cannot help but go see
her twin Kimberly one last time, one final time, before her revenge is
complete.
Marie
Annabelle Jones wants to gloat.
Ok, so maybe
it is typical cartoonish villainy to go and gloat over your foe before the
final plan is complete. Marie doesn’t
really care. She wants to gloat over
Kim, gloat over the fact that she has defeated Kim once and for all. That Kim and her war with the Jones family is
truly done and over with.
The problem
is that in your typical cartoon, when the villain goes to gloat over their
fallen foe, things do not end well for the villain, and Marie has not taken
that into consideration.
“I really don’t think this is a good idea.”
That is the
voice of the chubby bushy haired lawyer known as James B. Garfield, the lawyer
Marie hired back when she was still working with Samantha Hodgson. He has been working with Marie on this case
against Abigail Lindsey since day one, when she was aligned with Hodgson and
The Good Movement. Now things have changed
drastically in a few short weeks. Now
suddenly she has broken from The Good Movement and has become a part of Silas
World. That means James B. Garfield has
to work with Silas Mason.
And he
doesn’t like it one bit. The lawyer has
heard many things about Silas, most of them bad, and he’d rather not have any
dealings with him. Unfortunately
business is business and business requires that he do business with the devil.
Garfield was
wary enough about this case as it is, considering he knew from the start, from
her own words, that Marie really didn’t care about justice or restitution, that
she just wanted to get back at Kimberly and Abigail out of spite. But for Garfield, in his mind, whatever
the motive may be, Kimberly and Abigail
were indeed at fault and besides, Marie is a paying customer. A good paying customer. The pay, in fact, has gotten better since
Silas Mason became her manager. So as
much as he may distrust the man, at least there are some perks that go with
working hand-in-hand with Silas Mason.
This chubby
lawyer does know how the law works and he knows that Marie has her legal suit
all wrapped up in a nice package with a bow on it. But gloating around the star witness, the
mental patient Kimberly Williams, could prove to be detrimental. He knows this but Marie won’t listen.
“I don’t care, Jimmy.” The red-head
remarks rather cheerfully. “This is a
long time coming and I want to enjoy this.”
The pair
approach the front door that leads to the entrance of this mental ward. Jones reaches for the doorknob but James puts
a hand on her wrist to stop her.
“I hope you do enjoy this, Ms. Jones,
because you DO realize that this meeting between you and Kimberly very well
could jeopardize everything you and I have achieved in your legal case against
Ms. Abigail Lindsey, don’t you?”
Jones rolls
her eyes. “Yes, Jimmy, I know,”
She turns
around to face him “and that’s why I
brought you along with me. You are my
legal consultant for a reason, Jimmy.
You make sure nothing happens.”
“That’s easier said than done, Ms. Jones…”
he states slowly and quietly
“You are such a worry-wart!” Marie says
so sickeningly sweet and cheerfully that it would make you vomit. “Relax!
This will be great!”
The pudgy
lawyer shakes his head vehemently. “I
cannot relax, Ms. Jones, not when my client is about to make a mistake.”
“How is this going to be a mistake?” She
asks, beginning to show signs of
frustrations at her lawyer’s constant doubting and worrying. “I have YOU to make sure everything is
legally fine.”
Garfield
sighs, showing his own signs of frustration. “I cannot just make sure everything is legally fine. The law is the law, Ms. Jones. If the law is broken, I cannot help you.”
The Phoenix
takes her hands and places them on her hips as she stares deep into the eyes of
her lawyer James B. Garfield. Jones is
studying him intently, almost like a teacher would study and inspect an unruly
student. And honestly, for Marie, that’s
kind of how she feels right now. She is
the authority figure, at least in her mind.
She pays this man. He is supposed
to work for her and do what she wants.
Now if he can’t do that, then there’s only one solution.
“Tell me something, James…”
Garfield
gulps, swallowing hard. She always calls
him Jimmy unless she’s angry. This is
not a good sign.
“What, Ms. Jones?”
“…do you like the paycheck I give you?”
It doesn’t
take much thought before James nods his head slowly but definitively. “Yes, yes I do like that paycheck very
much.”
“Then you need to DO your job!”
Jones
exclaims, not loudly but yet very pointedly and directed at Garfield. It is meant to intimidate him and it is
working.
“I pay you good money to do what I ask. As long as you continue to do that job you
will continue to get paid. Now if you
want then I can find someone else to give my money to, but that’s entirely up
to you.”
The honest
to goodness truth is that James B. Garfield knows that what Marie is about to
do is a big mistake. It isn’t illegal by
any means but it is a mistake because it could give Kimberly legal ammunition
to use against her in the future. Marie
doesn’t realize this; that or she just doesn’t care. Nevertheless, he has done his job. He has advised her. Now all he can do is sit back and hope she
doesn’t screw everything up for herself.
He’ll gladly continue to collect the paycheck either way.
Garfield
nods his head. “As you wish, Ms. Jones.”
“Wise decision.” She turns around and
once again puts her hand on the doorknob. “Let’s
go.”
She opens
the door and steps inside. She is
followed by her lawyer, Mr. Garfield.
Immediately Jones scrunches her brow…she would normally go straight to
the help desk but she doesn’t…
“Something is wrong.”
Garfield
doesn’t even bother to question his client in this case. The sight of orderlies and other security
officials running to and fro is enough to tell at least part of the story. There is DEFINITELY something wrong here.
“Maybe we should go?”
“No,” Marie insists “just wait here one second.”
The
red-headed Phoenix from Boston makes her way over to the help desk to try and
get some assistance, maybe find out what is going on, but before she can get any farther she is intercepted by one of
the security guards, who steps right in her way, blocking her way to the help
desk.
“Ma’am, I’m going to have to ask you to
leave.”
“What?!” She asks incredulously. “These are visiting hours. I came to visit someone.”
“Visitation has been canceled for today due
to an unforeseen emergency. Now please
leave.”
“What emergency?”
The security
guard shakes his head. “I am not at
liberty to discuss.”
“Ms. Jones!” She turns to find her
lawyer flagging her down. He is standing
with a doctor, Kim’s assigned doctor. “Come
over here, quick!”
Marie turns
away from the security guard and makes her way over to her lawyer and the
mental doctor. “What is it? What’s wrong, Dr.
Graves?”
“You will have to forgive the staff, Ms.
Jones,” he begins slowly with some trepidation “they are just following strict orders after we had an incident today.”
He points at
Marie. “An incident that involved your
sister.”
Her face
grows pale. “What happened to Kim?”
“Well…there’s no easy way to put this…”
“What is it?!” She exclaims, getting
more and more frightened. “Tell me!”
“…she escaped.”

Normally I
don’t condone anything that Silas World does, just as I don’t condone the
actions of The Good Movement or The Sinistry.
I try to keep myself held to a higher standard than others. I would like to think that I don’t need goons
and thugs to do my dirty work.
This is
going to be one exception. This will be
one time, perhaps the ONLY time, when I fully and whole-heartedly condone
anything that Silas World wants to do to Serenity at the End of the Year
Special.
That’s
right, as far as I’m concerned Silas World and my sister Marie can
systematically pick her apart. They can butcher her, cripple her, end her
career for all I care. Let them have
fun!
I have
special insight to what happened to my sister when she was kidnapped. I have a special insight simply because I was
the one, one of the only ones, who actually put forth effort into trying to
track her down and rescue her. While
everyone else was just willing to sit back and accept that the woman posing
nude, picking fights with her former friends, disrespecting legends was the
real Marie Jones…while everyone else was willing to accept all of that as fact,
I knew better and I was busily formulating a plan to get to the bottom of it
all.
My aunt
Magdalena Évelyne Lasiewicz and friend of the family Levi Timothy Craig, better
known to IWC as Leviticus, did some spying on the impersonator for me in order
to gain important information. But the
ultimate trump card was played by Prince Kamijo.
Kamijo lured
Kimberly into a sense of safety by playing upon her passion, her lust…yes, they
had sex. You all thought Marie was the
one who had sex with Kamijo. No, it was
Kimberly impersonating Marie. And
Kimberly, just like all of you, made the same mistake everyone makes about
Kamijo.
You take him
for being an imbecile. He is no
imbecile, he is quite brilliant. But Kim
thought he was an idiot, she was he so stupid that she could trust him with her
dirty little secrets.
And she told
him everything. Every damn bit of it.
Once I had
that information secured, I set off to rescue my sister. And rescue her I did. But I remembered that information, all of
those important details I learned from my aunt Magdalena, from Leviticus, and
from Kamijo. I remembered those details
and I told them all to Marie. She had to
confirm a few for herself, because she couldn’t believe it. And there was at least one even I was
surprised to learn and even more disappointed to discover was true.
I was hoping
that Kimberly was lying about telling you everything, Abigail. But then it was confirmed.
My sister
trusted you. She thought you a friend
due to the closeness of our families, the Jones and Lohan families. But what you did proved that you are not a
Lohan. Not really. A TRUE Lohan would have stood by my family
and helped my sister. Brittany…Dawn…they
would have done the right thing. They
would have told authorities once they knew that Marie was kidnapped.
But you
remained silent. You allowed my sister
to remain in a state of suffering. I
just have to ask you one question…
…are you
stupid? And no, I don’t mean for the
simple fact that you endangered yourself legally. You’re lucky CRIMINAL CHARGES weren’t
pressed. Civilly your ass was sued but
criminally you could’ve gone to jail and you know it.
That’s not
what I’m talking about, though.
Inciting the
rage of any member of the Jones family is indeed quite possibly the stupidest
thing anyone could ever do. People who
piss off the Jones family do not walk away under their own power. Hell, sometimes they do not even walk away at
all.
And what you
now face is not just a member of the Jones family, but a member of the Jones
family with an army at her beck and call.
Granted she has stated she doesn’t need them, but I know if I was in her
position, I would damn sure be tempted to use them to my advantage.
I don’t know
if you’re religious, Serenity, but if you are you had better pray…pray to God
that you survive The End of the Year
Special, because survival is the best thing you can hope for right now.
Dobranoc…

Scene 2

==========
It is
important to always keep your priorities straight. It is always important to remember what is
the most valuable things in your life.
For one Marie Annabelle Jones, family has always been the most important
thing in her life. Only the Chase family
can perhaps lay claim to being a closer family than the Jones family. It’s because they have always known, ever
since the beginning, that they really had each other and that was it. The matriarch, Kelly Jones, had been murdered
and the patriarch, Bart Jones, ran off, leaving Angelic and Kayla alone to fend
for themselves. Angelica and Kayla would
each have children who would have their own family issues to deal with and, in
the case of Angelica, it would be issues with her ex-boyfriend and father of
her oldest child.
Sean Williams
and Angelica Jones conceived Marie Annabelle Jones. But Marie wasn’t Sean’s only daughter. He had a daughter from a previous
relationship and that daughter’s name was Kimberly Williams.
The ironic
thing is that Kimberly was a dead ringer for Marie. They were damn near identical so, for all
intents and purposes, they were twins.
Half-sisters and yet twins. An
oddity in life, and one Kim would use to her advantage later on when, after
attempt after failed attempt to get revenge on Angelica Jones and the Jones
family, failed plans that humiliated her and made her a laughing stock of the
wrestling community, she finally decided that the best way to defeat the Jones
family was to infiltrate them, to become them.
Thus she used her likeness to Marie to an advantage by kidnapping her
and taking her place.
Declaring
and waging war on the Jones family for as long as she did was bad enough, but
the kidnapping drove Marie over the edge.
It drove Marie to the point where she wanted to give Kimberly and anyone
who supported her a taste of their own medicine.
In other
words, revenge was on her mind.
Revenge,
though, has a nasty habit of blinding a person to priorities. In Marie’s case, her desire for revenge
blinded her to her priorities, causing her to forget about that important
number one priority…
...family.
In an almost
obsessive desire to see Kimberly in a helpless state and to gloat over what she
hopes will be a pending victory over Serenity, thus completing her total
revenge over Kimberly and Abigail for their involvement in this kidnapping
scheme, she went to the mental hospital in Boston where Kimberly was being
held. Marie went there with her lawyer
with every intent to gloat before Kim…
…the only
problem is that Kimberly wasn’t there.
Kimberly had escaped.
Priorities
are very important and Marie’s priority SHOULD have been her family, not an
obsessive revenge against Kimberly and Abigail.
Thus she forgot about her family, namely her son. She left him at the house with no
supervision. And Kimberly was out and
about.
“Hurry!”
Marie
exclaims from the passenger’s seat of the car driven by James B. Garfield. Marie was definitely NOT in the frame of mind
to drive. She was too panicked with her
psychotic evil twin running around free that she knew she wouldn’t be able to
drive safely right now. Thankfully she
had a “designated driver” of sorts in the form of James B. Garfield.
“I’m sure your son is fine, Ms. Jones.”
Jones shakes
her head vehemently. The redhead wishes
she could believe what Garfield just told her, she wishes she could believe
those reassuring words, but she can’t.
She just can’t believe it. Not
when Kimberly is concerned. Kim has been
known to target at Marie’s heart and soul and her heart and soul is her
son. Kim knows this.
“You don’t know Kimberly like I do.”
Marie says frantically. “She will strike
at me. She will strike where it hurts.”
“With all due respect, Ms. Jones,” he
says with a sigh “you did provoke her.”
She shoots
him a nasty glare. “Whose side are you
on, anyway?!”
“Yours.” Garfield answers. “But nevertheless, you DID blackmail her
into testifying against Abigail Lindsey.
You gloated more than once to her face and had planned on gloating again
today.”
“Yes, and now my son is in danger.”
“You don’t know that.”
“Oh yes I do!” She nods her head. “I know it because I know her! She is psycho! She is crazy!
She’s…”
“…your half-sister. She’s your family.”
Marie growls
angrily. “Kimberly is NOT my family!”
“You share the same father, do you not?”
“Don’t split hairs.” She snaps back at
him. “Kimberly made it abundantly clear
long ago that the Williams family and the Jones family were to be mortal
enemies. She made it abundantly clear
that I had to choose. I am a Jones. NOT a Williams.”
Garfield
sees the pain and panic in the eyes and on the face of Marie Annabelle
Jones. This time he sees her as more
than just a client. He sees her as a
concerned and frightened mother. He
wishes he could say or do more to help her but he cannot. This is her fight.
“We’re here.”
He pulls
into the driveway and the car comes to a stop.
“It appears as if no one is home.”
“Appearances can be deceiving.” Jones states as she exits the car and
makes a beeline for the front door.
The Phoenix
swings the door open and steps inside, shutting the door behind her. She scans the immediate area for signs of a
disturbance but finds none. The door was
unlocked and that DOES give her cause for more concern. She left it locked.
“Sean!” She shouts, calling out for her
son Sean Connor Jones. “Where are you?!”
There is no
response. Again this causes more
concern. Marie begins to head towards
the stairs but before she can begin to make her way up she notices shadows
moving around on the floor in the living room.
She steps away from the stairs and then makes her way into the living
room. Inside she finds her son Sean on
the floor playing with a familiar figure…
…a mirror
image of Marie herself. Clearly this is
Kimberly, who has dyed her hair red again in order to match Marie.
“Kimberly…” Marie’s voice trails off.
“Hi there, sis!” She says cheerfully. “Say hi to your mommy, Sean.”
“Hi, mommy!” Sean waves at Marie.
Marie gulps
nervously. “Kim, please step away from my
son.”
“Since you asked so nicely.” Kim looks
down at Sean. “Go upstairs sweetie.”
“Ok, Aunt Kim.”
Sean stands
up and bolts past Marie and heads upstairs.
This leaves Marie alone with her half-sister and twin Kimberly
Williams. The invading red-head sits
down on the sofa and then motions for Marie to join her.
“Come on over, Marie. Let’s have a talk.”
“Not a chance.” She whips out her cell
phone. “I’m calling the cops!”
“And then what?” Kimberly asks. “I’m going to be on the run anyway. It isn’t like YOU can keep me here long
enough for the police to arrive and apprehend me. Before you can finish dialing the number I’ll
be long gone. So before we get to that point why don’t we
have a little chat?”
She smirks
knowingly. “Aren’t you the least little
bit curious about what I want to say to you?”
Jones stares
long and hard at Kim and then down at her cell phone. Marie contemplates the options, the pros and
the cons of both actions, before finally making up her mind. Against her better judgment, she walks over
and sits down next to Kimberly.
“Glad we could have this chat, sis.”
“What do you want, Kim?”
“Oh how harsh!” Kim feigns shock. “I’m sad now!”
Marie
frowns. “Get on with it, Kim, before I
change my mind and call the cops.”
“That’s funny, Marie.” She snickers
lightly. “That’s cute.”
“What’s cute about that?!”
“You threaten me AGAIN with the police and
yet you’re sitting here, right next to me.
You’re close enough I could easily take you down.”
Marie wants
to argue back at her but, the truth is, Kimberly is right. She is sitting so close that she is in
danger, at least assuming Kimberly has bad ideas in her head right now. Really and truly, Marie is acting on faith
here, faith that Kim will not act out.
“See that, sis? You call me crazy and yet you must be as
crazy as I am to sit down here next to me and have this conversation. Any sane person would turn me in.”
“I am giving you ONE last chance, Kim.”
She holds her cell phone up threateningly. “Tell
me what you want or I WILL call the cops.”
Kimberly
jerks the phone out of her hand and throws it across the room. Surprisingly, it doesn’t break.
“Oh quit it, Marie. You’ll call the cops anyway, now or once I’m
gone, so why don’t you just sit back and listen to what I have to say?”
Not that she
has much of a choice right now with her phone across the room, Marie sighs and
nods her head.
“Good.
Now then, I just wanted to tell you that I’m…confused…”
“Huh?” She blinks several times out of
confusion herself. “You’re
confused?! That’s what you were dying to
tell me?! That’s what you broke into my
home to tell me?!”
“Oh shut up and let me finish! I’m confused because for the longest time I
hated you. I hated everything you stood
for because everyone LOVED you! Even
now, when you aren’t as beloved anymore by the public, you are still relevant,
you are still powerful. I was none of
those things and I hated you for it and I wanted you dead, but first I wanted
to make you suffer.”
The
intensity in her voice subsides as she buries her face in her hands. Kimberly brings her face up and there are
tears in her eyes.
“But now I…I’m not sure…”
“Wait…you’re not sure?”
Kim shakes
her head. “No, I am NOT sure. Ever since that day in the mental hospital
when you first came to visit me, when you broke me down emotionally and
mentally and had me in tears, I saw it in your eyes then but I wasn’t
sure. But now, from watching you on IWC,
watching what you’ve done with the likes of Ethan Von Aaron, Samantha Hodgson,
and most recently Silas Mason.”
She smiles
big and wide. “We’re more alike than you
can ever imagine.”
Marie stands
up before shaking her head vehemently. “No! Not just no but hell no! We are nothing alike!”
Kim stands
up as well and has Marie pointing at her. “You
are a psycho and…”
“And your mother is too. Or need I remind you of The Dragon? Your on-again off-again step-father Andreas
Lasiewicz is a bit coo-coo for cocoa puffs too.
Seriously, I wonder if The Morning Star has rubbed off on you too?”
“You better hope to hell it didn’t.” Marie’s
eyes flash with rage as she gets up in Kim’s face. “You broke into my home.
Threatened my son. I have half a
mind to tear you apart.”
“I did not threaten your son!” Kim snaps
back. “He is my nephew, after all. Why
would I threaten him? Besides, you
should save your rage for Serenity.”
Kimberly
winks. “I hear Serenity can’t wait for
the End of the Year Special!”
“I’ll take care of Serenity.” Marie
points at Kim. “Then I’ll take care of
you.”
“Oh I do wish you luck at The End of the
Year Special, but I’m afraid I will miss that show.” She shrugs her
shoulders. “When you’re leaving the
country it becomes difficult to catch good television. Nevertheless, I’ll be waiting, biding my
time, thinking about exactly what our future holds.”
Marie shakes
her head. “There is NO future for us!”
“That’s where you’re wrong, Marie. There is a future for us, friends or enemies
one, or something else?” She laughs lightly. “I don’t know yet! But when I
figure it out, I will be back.”
At that time
Kim turns and starts to walk off.
Immediately Marie bolts for the cell phone, picks it up, and starts to
make the phone call to the police.

A mother’s

Ask any parent and they will tell you that what I just said is an absolute
fact. So needless to say, when I learned
that my daughter had been kidnapped I was ready to hunt down whoever was
responsible and make them wish they had never been born.
Oh but the
police took my fun away from me.
Yet there
was one person left who I could take my aggression out on, one person who knew
of what happened to Marie and yet did
nothing, sat on her ass and let it happen, allowed her to continue suffering.
Her name is
Abigail Lindsey.
I got my
hands on you back in GCW. I beat your ass
in Seven Stages of Hell to become GCW Global Champion. I got to take out my aggression on you. But justice still has not been done. Nothing has been made right yet and nothing
will be made right until the person who was wronged gets her retribution.
You didn’t
wrong me, Abigail. I just needed to hurt
you to make myself feel better. The
person you did hurt, though, is ready, willing, and able to finish what I
started. She is ready, willing, and able
to annihilate you at the End of the Year Special.
The person
you wronged is my daughter, Marie Annabelle Jones.
Don’t worry
about Silas World. I can personally
assure you that Silas World won’t interfere.
Marie wants to do this on her own.
She wants to end you on her own.
She told me as much herself and thus I will be staying out of it. I will be sitting back enjoying the show,
enjoying as my daughter finishes you and gets the revenge that she so
rightfully deserves.
You made the
wrong decision in backing the Williams clan over the Jones family and now The
Phoenix is going to make you pay.

door creaking open and then slamming shut is heard. Almost immediately we see a beautiful young
lady stepping into the scene from stage left.
This young lady has shoulder length straight red hair and she is dressed
in a black leather mini skirt that extends to just above the knee and a long
sleeve black sweater. Her feet are
encased in black leather pumps and she stares intensely at the camera. This is “The Phoenix” Marie Annabelle Jones.
“Christmas is just around the corner, I hope
everyone has done their shopping, I know I have. And then after Christmas we have to turn
right around and celebrate the New Year.
But you cannot celebrate a New Year without remember the old.”
The redhead
sits down on the sofa and crosses one leg over the other while placing her
hands in her lap.
“2014 was a big year for me because for the
first time ever I stepped out of my comfort zone and into a wrestling company
where my famous family had no involvement.
The specter of the famous Jones family would not overshadow me. I could make a name for myself. I would have the opportunity to take the
Independent Wrestling Cartel and make it mine, much like my mother took the
Global Division of Wrestling and made it hers.”
“Things looked promising enough after I
defeated both Lily Lyman and Kordy Price.
That’s right, I own a victory over your current Evolution Champion. Whoever is in charge after this whole
brew-ha-ha over Kloe and Orlando is over should bear that in mind.”
She winks
into the camera. “But that’s another
story for another time.”
“It was shortly thereafter that I started
getting bullied by one Frankie Paradise.
Among his tactics was to send Serenity after me to attack me. I’m a forgiving soul and I forgave her
because I believed her when she told me she didn’t mean it personally. We even went out for drinks after that. I had no reason NOT to trust her. The Jones family and the Lohan family had
always been allies and she was half-Lohan.”
Marie frowns
and shakes her head. “I didn’t realize
she is more Lindsey than she is Lohan and that Lindsey in her is nothing but
slime and scum. Everything rotten and bad
with this world.”
“Later on in 2014 I was kidnapped by
Kimberly Williams, my psychotic half-sister, who also tried to impersonate me,
take my place. Kimberly, being as
arrogant as she is, even went as far as to tell someone everything. She wanted to brag to someone about what she
did.”
“She bragged to Abigail Lindsey.”
Marie shuts
her eyes. “Any normal, functioning human
being would have said ‘hey, that’s a crime, I should report this to the police’…especially
when that crime being committed is against a friend of the family. But is Serenity normal?”
Jones opens
her eyes and then shakes her head. “No, she’s not normal. She’s anything but normal. The truth is that she doesn’t have any real
friends. She picks and chooses people to
use whenever it suits her needs at that time.
Serenity is a user. She is a
manipulator. She is a con-artist. That is who Serenity is.”
“But I cannot be entirely angry with my
former friend Abigail because were it not for her actions I would still be the
same old weak Annabelle Jones who coddled to the fans, looking for their
support, looking to make friends everywhere.
Abigail showed me that I cannot trust anyone, that I must only look out
for number one…”
She points
to herself “…me.”
“What Serenity doesn’t realize is that
whatever she can do I can do better and that includes her oh so expert art of using
people. I am of the belief that you are
always learning and thus everywhere I go I try to learn. Growing up I learned from my mother, my aunt
Kayla, and even from Andreas Lasiewicz.
And throughout the rest of 2014 I continued to learn and grow…”
Jones holds
up one hand and begins to count off “…I
learned from Samantha Hodgson, I learned from Ethan Von Aaron, I learned from
Alana Starr, and now, most recently, I’ve been learning from Silas Mason.”
She puts her
hand back down. “Now comes judgment day.
Now comes The End of the Year Special.”
“I have been plotting this ever since Jessica
rescued me from Kimberly. Ever since
then I have been plotting my revenge, a revenge that would include me forcing
Kimberly to testify against you in court so that I could defeat you
legally. The monetary prize I won in the
civil case was nice but that wasn’t important.
The important part was having it on video tape so I could air it on live
television and humiliate you in front of the world, so that the world full of
those doubters who believed in you could see you for who you truly are…”
“…a soulless monster.”
She
snickers. “But that’s only a part of my
revenge and now that that is done, I can finally move on to the best part, and
that is to exact a physical revenge, to physically decimate you at the End of
the Year Special.”
“I have always had the capability of
defeating you, Serenity. I mean, if you
recall back to the beginning of this year, the beginning of my IWC tenure, we
had a fight, and were it not for you getting intentionally disqualified I would
have pinned your ass. But that was then,
this is now. Things have changed. I have changed. I am much more aggressive and violent than
before. I am much more dangerous than
before. I have learned, picking the
minds of some of the best IWC has had to offer inside and outside of the ring,
learning every trick of the trade.”
“Back then I merely had the skill setting
necessary to defeat you. Now I have the
skill setting that would allow me to really hurt you if I want to.”
“And believe me. I want to.”
Jones stands
up. “Your first mistake was
underestimating me, thinking I was weak, because now that you know that I have
been preparing, plotting, and studying this entire time, all for this moment on
this night, maybe now you’re getting an idea of how screwed you really are.”
“Your second mistake was aligning with
Kimberly Williams. You chose to align
with her the moment you chose to keep her secret. Did you not think I’d find out? And honestly, haven’t you been paying
attention? Kimberly Williams is the
Pinky and the Brain of the professional wrestling world. Her hair-brained schemes never work, she
always gets caught, and at the end of the day the Jones family always triumphs
over her.”
Marie shrugs
her shoulders. “What can I say? You backed a loser. And now you’re going to suffer the
consequences.”
“There won’t be a mistake number three.” Jones
shakes her head. “You’re not going to be around
to make a mistake number three. I am the
judge, jury, and executioner, Serenity.
I am NOT the type of judge who believes in three strikes and you’re
out. I gave you a second chance, you
blew it, and now you’re done. You’ve
been declared guilty by the jury and now you will be executed.”
She grins
knowingly. “Now a lot of people are
planning their New Year’s Resolutions.
And I already know what I want to do in 2015. I want to continue my rise to the top of the
Independent Wrestling Cartel. I want to
win championship gold. I want to finally
achieve my ultimate goal by making IWC mine.”
“But before I can focus on that goal I have
to close out the books on 2014. Like I
said earlier, you cannot and should not focus on the New Year without first
taking care of the old and I have old business to attend to. Serenity, you ARE that old business, and The
End of the Year Special truly will be THE END for you and I. Our business with one another will be over
and I will be the one to end it by defeating you and finally taking my full
revenge.”
