Making A Ginger Statement

==========

I grew up in this sport, watching my mother compete day in and day out.  Then I began my own training.  I began wrestling my own matches and I got to have my own personal experiences in the rough and tumble world of professional wrestling; and if there is one thing that my time in this sport has taught me, it’s that there really is no such thing as paranoia.  Everyone really is out to get you, especially when you are the best.

Taylor Chase-Cruze and her family member by marriage Gavin Taylor should know this all too well as they are both champions in the Independent Wrestling Cartel.  And it should come to know surprise to either of them that, after finally conquering my own demons and putting that war with Abigail Lindsey to a rest, that I would finally focus on the one single most important thing in my professional life…

…the IWC World Championship.

I am coming for that title and there is no one who can stop me.  Not you, Taylor, and definitely not you Gavin.  You are the IWC Evolution Champion but at the end of the day what you are to me is a sacrificial lamb.  You are the poor, pathetic soul who has been chosen to be my opponent on New Age.

You’re welcome to try me, Gavin, but I’ll put you down.  I will put you down hard like a rabid dog and then I’ll move on to bigger and better things.

I’ll go after Taylor.

So ladies and gentelemen, watch and be prepared, witness the coming glory of the new era of professional wrestling, the new era of IWC…

…Ginger Nation has arrived.

Thunder rolls in the sky of Boston, Massachusetts and a few flashes of lightning is even seen in the night sky.  The loud, clapping thunder and the bright flashes of light in the sky are enough to wake up the twenty-something sleeping in the luxurious, large, upstairs bedroom.  That twenty-something happens to be none other than Silas Mason’s newest crown jewel, the red-headed, proud Ginger Nation member Marie Annabelle Jones.  The Phoenix slides her legs off the side of the bed and carefully pushes herself up and off the bed.  Jones quietly walks out of the room and begins to walk down the hall heading towards the bedroom of her son, Sean Connor Jones.

Young Marie has been slightly more paranoid when it comes to her son, and quite honestly, her entire well-being to be completely frank.  Jones has been fighting a war with IWC World Champion Taylor Chase-Cruze, one that she hopes will lead to a world title match.  Marie is certain that, if given the opportunity, she can take the championship away from Chase-Cruze.  Yet at the same time she also realizes just how dangerous this feud is getting.  Taylor seems to have the, wanted or un-wanted, assistance of New Eden.  Yes, Marie also has Silas World, but still, New Eden is dangerous nevertheless.

New Eden and Taylor Chase-Cruze beside the point, Marie also has the looming threat of her psychotic twin Kimberly Williams to worry about.  Kimberly recently broke out of the sanitarium and tracked down Jones.  Kimberly told Marie in no uncertain terms that she would be back…

~~~Begin Flashback~~~
Kimberly winks. “I hear Serenity can’t wait for the End of the Year Special!”
“I’ll take care of Serenity.” Marie points at Kim. “Then I’ll take care of you.”
“Oh I do wish you luck at The End of the Year Special, but I’m afraid I will miss that show.” She shrugs her shoulders. “When you’re leaving the country it becomes difficult to catch good television.  Nevertheless, I’ll be waiting, biding my time, thinking about exactly what our future holds.”
Marie shakes her head. “There is NO future for us!”
“That’s where you’re wrong, Marie.  There is a future for us, friends or enemies one, or something else?” She laughs lightly. “I don’t know yet!  But when I figure it out, I will be back.”
~~~End Flashback~~~

Jones enters her son’s bedroom and smiles upon seeing him there in his bed, peaceful and silent.  She has been very paranoid lately with Kimberly Williams on the loose and she was very nervous about the prospects of Kim potentially coming after young Sean.  Kim said she would never do Sean any harm but then again, Kim is crazy and her idea of “doing no harm” may be different from Marie’s.

The Phoenix has been jumping at shadows a lot lately.  She has been running at the slightest hint of a noise, with worry and concern that it could very well be Kim.  It could very well be her psycho twin looking for revenge.

Marie does feel a chill and notices that a window is open.  At first there is some concern, but only for a brief second before Marie shakes it off.  She probably just forgot to shut the window.  Marie walks over and closes the window.  She then turns around and exits the room, shutting the door behind her.

“You’re getting careless.”

The Phoenix nearly jumps out of her skin at the sound of this voice.  She holds her chest and slowly tries to calm herself down as she sees, to her relief, that it is just her sister and reigning Queen of the Ring Champion Jessica Lasiewicz, aka The Morning Star.

“What the hell are you doing here?”

“You’re getting careless.” Jessica repeats, her eyes never leaving Marie.

“Ok, let me try this again, WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE?”

The hands on her hips places an emphasis on the growing frustration for Marie Jones.  Jessica, on the other hand, remains stoic as she just continues to stare.

“You’re getting careless.”

The Phoenix is growing more and more impatient with her sister. “What the hell do you mean by that?!”

“I got into your house way too easily.” Jessica remarks. “You have no alarm system, at least not one worth a damn.  Anyone could have done something to Sean.”

She smirks. “Including Kimberly.”

Marie’s face goes pale. “What do you know about Kimberly?”

“I know she escaped from the sanitarium.  That’s all I need to know.  History proves that she’ll be back.”

She points a long slender finger at Marie.  “Back to finish you off.”

“Yeah, is that so?” Marie shakes her head. “Well it isn’t going to happen!  Kimberly isn’t getting anywhere NEAR Sean!”

Jessica sighs. “You say that and yet your own actions betray you.”

“What do you mean by that?”

“You…are getting…careless…”

Jones stomps her foot on the ground in anger. “Quit saying that!”

“Truth hurts, doesn’t it?” Jessica remarks snidely.

Marie folds her arms over her chest. “I don’t appreciate the tone you’re taking with me, Jess.”

Jessica finally has had enough.  In a quick, swift motion she reaches out, snatches her sister by her throat, and hoists her against the wall, holding her in place as her eyes grow red, in an almost similar way to the black-eyes of New Eden.  Marie knows that this means one thing…

…Jessica is no longer here.  This is The Morning Star.

“Your bone-headed, stubborn rivalry with Taylor Chase-Cruze not only put your stupid-self in danger with New Eden but it also put ME in their crosshairs as well!”

Jessica squeezes ever so tighter. “I’m already having to deal with Tina Valentine and Slay Revolution but now I have to deal with New Eden as well?  ALL BECAUSE OF YOU?!”

“…Jess…”

“WHAT IS IT?!”

“You’re…you’re…choking…me…”

Hearing her sister say that causes Jessica to snap out of it.  She releases her grip on Marie and lets her down.  The elder sister falls to her knees, clutching at her throat.  Jessica sighs, shaking her head.

“I’m sorry, Marie.”

“Don’t apologize.” Marie forces herself up to her feet. “I did put you in a dangerous situation by going after Taylor and ignoring the New Eden threat.  I apologize.”

She points at Jessica. “But YOU don’t have to be my protector either.”

Jessica frowns. “I don’t…”

“No, you don’t.” Marie shakes her head. “I know what I’m doing.”

“No, you don’t.” Jessica growls angrily. “You think Silas Mason and his harem of bitches can protect you and you’re wrong.  Only one person in that entire group gives a damn about your well-being and that’s our mother and she can’t protect you from New Eden by herself.”

Jessica gets up in Marie’s face. “You do realize that we almost DIED, don’t you?”

“I do…I realize that but…” Marie shakes her head “…I NEED to do this by myself.  I will get my hands on Taylor Chase and New Eden will not stop me.  I will become the IWC World Champion, Jess.  I will win that title and…”

She hears her cell phone ringing.  She pulls it out and notices it’s a text message.  The identity of the texter sends  chills up her spine.

“Oh God…”

“What is it?” Jessica asks.

“It’s Kimberly…”

"Marie may not be my best friend, but anyone who's anyone in the wrestling business knows about the Jones family and what they bring to it. Marie is definitely one of the power players from that family barnone.

When I think about Marie Jones' contributions, I think of Ginger Nation, her group with Jinx. I'm no redhead, but I certainly have my share of redheaded friends, so I sympathize. I suppose you could call me an unofficial ginger.

Now, as far as her match with Gavin Taylor is concerned, I don't know a whole lot about Gavin, but he's facing a member of the legendary Jones family, and arguably the best member of it. I don't have any problems believing she'll handle her business, as, after all Ginger Nation is the best nation in the world. Gavin, sweetie, you're just a victim of... a ginger chain reaction."

I imagine you’re about to be inundated with all sorts of Ginger goodness from her royal Gingerness herself, but allow me to take this time to inform IWC’s Evolution Champion Gavin Taylor of exactly who he is dealing with.

When you peel back the skin, when you tear away the outer layer of ginger craziness and Silas World antics, what you have is a four time world champion, a hall of famer, and easily one of the toughest, most resilient athletes in our sport.

Marie didn’t need The Good Movement and I tried to tell her that.  Unfortunately she left there to go be with Silas World, which is even worse than Ethan and his ilk in my humble opinion.  But nevertheless, whether she’s Good Movement, or Silas World, or just plain on her own, she is still a very dangerous athlete.

Look no further than what she did with Taylor Chase-Cruze in a steel cage.  Interference from Silas World and New Eden aside, The Phoenix proved that she can hang with the IWC World Champion.  And if you ask me, she has the ability to defeat Taylor one on one, if given the chance.

But this isn’t about Taylor and Marie.  This is about you and Marie one on one on New Age and Gavin, all I can say is that you had better hope and pray that she is reckless, careless, and not focused.  You had better hope that she is looking past you and looking forward to perhaps something bigger and better.  The fact of the matter is that even if she’s making those kind of mistakes, Marie Annabelle Jones is still one of the most dangerous in this sport.

Come and place ya bets, Gavin.  I know I have.  Dobranoc…

I make no apologies for doing whatever I have to do in order to become  IWC World Heavyweight Champion.

No apologies.  None whatsoever.

If it means bashing Tay-Tay’s skull in with her titanium…excuse me, MY Gingernium Knee Brace, then so be it.  Or better yet, instead of caving in her skull with it, perhaps I should just cave in someone else’s skull?  Perhaps I should set an example for one and all to see exactly what happens to those who get in my way.

Gavin, that’s where you come in buddy ol’ pal.  You’re in the wrong place at the wrong time and I’m going to hurt you.  Oh believe me when I say that I’m going to really hurt you on New Age.  And why will I hurt you?

Because I want to send a message to Tay-Tay.  And simply because I can hurt you.

People forget that I come from a famous wrestling family myself, the Jones family.  We are famous for a few reasons, most notably for being such a successful wrestling family but also for the fact that we are all very deadly when we want to be.

I think people forget how deadly I really can be.  It’s time I remind the world about how deadly I can be.

It’s a bright and sunny day in Boston, Massachusetts.  The city is decked out in New England Patriot colors of red and blue, celebrating their AFC Championship and celebrating their trip to the Super Bowl, a game Marie Annabelle Jones, as a die-hard Patriots fan herself, wishes she could attend.  Unfortunately the famed Phoenix of IWC will be too busy with a match on New Age, a match against the reigning IWC Evolution Champion Gavin Taylor.

Gavin Taylor does have a connection to the Chase family through marriage and one might surmise that fact could prove to be motivation for The Phoenix.  But Marie views Gavin’s status as a champion as the biggest motivator.  Jones wants a match against IWC World Champion Taylor Chase and putting on a good show against the IWC Evolution Champion Gavin Taylor would help make her case and a victory to boot would send a message to Taylor.

Unfortunately for Marie, sending a message to Taylor Chase through Gavin isn’t the only thing on her mind right now.  Perhaps it should be, but the very personal issues involving Marie and her psychotic twin Kimberly are also at the forefront of her mind.

Kimberly Williams is Marie’s half-sister.  They have the same father, Sean Williams, but have different mothers.  Kimberly lost her mind when Angelica, Marie’s mother, killed her father Sean.  Ever since then it was Kim’s goal to try and destroy the Jones family and Marie in particular.  Time and time again Kimberly would attempt to destroy Marie but each time she failed.  Kimberly finally decided that if she couldn’t destroy Marie she would become Marie.  She kidnapped Marie and then, using the fact that she looks damn near identical to Marie to her advantage, she took Marie’s place in her life.  For the next couple months Kimberly tried to be Marie Annabelle Jones but even that didn’t work out as Marie broke free.  Kimberly was arrested and thrown into a sanitarium.

All seemed to be quiet on Kimberly’s front as Marie went on to exact her own form of revenge, using Kimberly as a pawn in Marie’s war against Abigail Lindsey.  But Kimberly broke out of the sanitarium.  Before leaving the country she promised Marie she would return and that promise, that threat, has kept Marie on edge…

…until this day.  Until the day Kimberly returned.

Marie’s psychotic twin texted her the other night, telling Marie that she wants to meet her for lunch.  This is odd, because Kimberly would have to go out in the open, which is dangerous for her being that she’s on the run from the law.   But nevertheless Marie is here at an open area café, sitting patiently waiting on the arrival of her twin.

She isn’t kept waiting very long.

“Waiting on someone?”

Marie looks up to see a black haired female pull up a chair at Marie’s table and sitting herself down, almost as if she belonged there.  She looks vaguely familiar and yet at the same time she looks like a stranger.  Jones stares long and hard at this woman’s features until finally it becomes clear…

“Kimberly?”

The woman nods her head. “In the flesh.”

“Did you have plastic surgery or something?  You don’t…”

“I know, I know, our beautiful twinship is lost!” Kimberly pouts mockingly. “But I had to change my appearance.  Being on the run from the law kind of requires that, you know?”

Jones sighs, shaking her head in disbelief. “I just can’t hardly believe it’s you.”

“Oh?”

“Yeah, I mean, why did you come back?” Jones asks. “Why return at all?  You had successfully left the country, from what I understand on your text. You were out of reach from the US Government’s pull.  You were free.”

Kimberly sighs. “Yes, I know, I did make it out of the country.  Mexico is so wonderful, by the way.  You should go visit sometime.”

Jones cocks her head to one side and frowns. “Don’t change the subject.”

“Apologies!” Kimberly says with a suddenly bright and cheery appearance on her face. “You know how random little ol’ me can get!”

A waitress approaches their table.  She sets a cup of coffee down in front of Marie, one that the ginger had ordered earlier.  The waitress then turns to face Kimberly, requesting her drink order.

“Yes, I’ll just have a French Roast, please.”

The waitress nods and walks off to fill the order.  Kim then turns back to face Marie. “Ok, what were we talking about again?”

“What are you doing here?”

“Oh yeah!”

She leans forward and motions for Marie to do the same.  Reluctantly Marie does so.  Kim then plants a big kiss on her lips.

“I love you, Marie!”

Marie damn near jumps back and out of her chair, shocked that Kimberly did that.  She tried in vain to rub the feeling of her lips off of her face.

“What the hell was that about?!”

“It doesn’t mean anything perverted.  I’m not into incest, sis.” Kimberly winks but Marie shudders at the very thought.

“Don’t even suggest that!”

“Sorry!” Kim exclaims. “But I do like to watch you squirm!”

Marie takes a sip of her coffee to try and calm her nerves. “Just get to the point.  What is all of this about?”

“Do you really want the truth?”

Marie nods her head. “Yes…the truth…”

The waitress returns, with the French Roast as Kimberly prescribed.  She places the cup of coffee down in front of Kimberly and Kimberly produces two one dollar bills and hands them to the waitress.

“Thanks, dear!”

The waitress walks off and Kimberly begins sipping on her coffee. “Ah yes, the truth…”

Kimberly narrows her eyes in a more tense stare. “Being in hiding in Mexico helped me to do some introspection, sister.”

She leans back.  “You had me locked up in a sanitarium, Marie.  Your lawyer managed to convince a judge to give you full authority over my possessions and estate.  You used all of that newfound power and influence in order to use me as a pawn in your war against Abigail Lindsey.”

Kimberly begins applauding. “Bravo…”

“Bravo?” Marie looks genuinely perplexed. “What is wrong with you?”

“Nothing!” Kimberly says happily. “Nothing at all!  In fact, I couldn’t be happier because you have finally helped me see the light.”

Kimberly leans forward. “You and I are not so different.”

“Oh no, no, NO!” Marie shakes her head vehemently. “We are NOTHING alike!  You’re…”

“Crazy?  Yeah, I may be mentally unbalanced, but so is your mother.  But when it comes down to it, you’ll use the same tactics I use to try and get what you want.”

“You are dead wrong!”

“Am I?” Kimberly says with a knowing grin on her face. “I wonder if Taylor Chase would agree with me?”

Marie’s face goes pale. “What about Taylor?”

“You want to be at the top of the IWC mountain. You want to be a world champion again.  You set yourself in position to do that by aligning yourself with Silas Mason.  And now you’ve been going after Tay-Tay like some ravenous pit-bull.  Reminds me of myself back in the day…”

She takes Marie’s hands but Marie jerks them away. “Look, I’m not criticizing you.  I’m just saying that we are not all that different and, if you’ll allow me to return to your life, then I might be able to help you.”

Jones looks on suspiciously. “Help me?  Why do you want to help me?  And why do you want to be in my life again?”

“All you need to know is that I’m here to help.  Will I call in a favor sometime?” She shrugs her shoulders. “Maybe…but it isn’t anything to worry yourself over.”

Jones isn’t sure she can trust Kimberly and even though her psycho half-sister does seem sincere, Marie at the same time can’t help but remember all of the times Kimberly has tried to destroy her and her family.  Why, now, all of a sudden does she want to help Marie?  There has to be something else there.  Marie can feel it.  And yet…

“Ok, let’s say I believe you.  What do you have to offer me that can help me?”

“I can help you in your current situation in IWC.” Kimberly responds before taking a sip of coffee.

“How do you propose that?”

“You want to be world champion.  To do that you have to go through Taylor Chase and it’s becoming no secret that she’s on the verge of joining New Eden.”

Jones goes silent.  She realizes that Kimberly is right on the money. “Psychopaths like New Eden are difficult to deal with, Marie.  You know this.”

“Yes, because I have dealt with psychopathic groups before.” Jones points across the table at Kim. “I recall not so fondly of how you, Abigail, and Cassidy formed an alliance against me in GDW.”

“Correct.”

“And I handled that pretty well.  I think I can handle New Eden if they decide to stick their noses in my business.”

Kimberly grins. “Do you now?”  Heh, you might be able to handle them ok, I mean me and my mousekateers gave you a run for your money, but maybe you can get lucky again against another group of psychopaths.”

“It’s not luck, Kim.  It’s skill.”

“Skill, luck, call it what you will, ultimately don’t you want to have an advantage this time over the psychopaths?  An advantage that you didn’t have the last time you went up against a group of crazies?”

Jones looks on skeptically. “And what advantage is that?”

“Me, silly!” Kim grins from ear to ear. “I am a bona fide psychopath!  I can provide insight into how these crazy call girls are thinking!”

She leans forward. “And I can lead you to the IWC World Championship.”

Now Jones is hooked. “Ok, I’m listening.”

“Think about it, Marie, how did I always get you off of your game?  Mind games.  Now coming up on New Age, you’re facing Gavin Taylor.  And if I’m correct he married into the Chase family, correct?  That would make him and little miss priss family by marriage.”

“Right…”

“So send a message to little miss Tay-Tay.  Use Gavin as a sacrificial lamb.  Don’t even go out there looking to win.  Go out there looking to leave Gavin in a bloody mess.  Beat the hell out of him, Marie.  Hurt him.  Strike out at Tay-Tay by striking at her family.  That’s how you get under her skin.  Then she’ll start making mistakes.  And when she makes mistakes…”

Marie’s eyes light up. “I’ll be there to take her championship.”

“Exactly.”

Marie nods her head. “Ok, I’ll let you help me, even though I still don’t quite understand why you want to help me.”

“You and I are more alike than you know, Marie.” Kimberly states. “That’s all you need to know.”

“Fine, that’s fine…but um, tell me…”

“What?”

“What name are you going by now?” Marie asks. “You can’t hardly use your real name, not with the police after you.”

“You’re right.  I’m going by my mother’s maiden name.  Frost.  Kimberly Frost.”

“Great.” Marie rolls her eyes. “Just what I need in my life, another Frost.”

Hey all!

Long time no speak, huh? Yeeeeah, it's been what, almost a year since any of you heard anything more from me than the occasional comment on twitter; have you missed me? I doubt it... lol. But hey, I never claimed to be here for YOUR benefit, right? I joined this business for the money, not to make you morons love me! But I'm going way off track here!

Okay, so here's the skinny; after almost a year since I made a special one night only appearance to face Kathryn 'big ol' plastic boobs' Pearson at Last Stand 2014, I'm FINALLY back to talk to the fans of the Independent Wrestling Cartel, doing so only a few weeks away from THIS year's Last Stand pay per view... only this time, I'm not here because I'm planning to compete. Nope, I'm here because I want to talk about someone that I think is like, so over the top awesome that I practically plan on hyping her as much as I used to hype MYSELF before my matches... well, almost anyway.

Seriously though, I'm sitting here at my laptop writing this thinking 'why the hell do I even need to POINT OUT how awesome Marie Jones is, I mean DUH! You've seen her, right? Aside from the fact that she's hotter than a chilli pepper smothered in hot sauce - and believe me guys, we're talking like, WAY off the hotness scale, here! - she's also one of the most gifted individuals to walk through the doors of not only IWC but any company in the whole BUSINESS! Marie Anabelle Jones, someone I've known for all of a week and yet is already one of my best friends in the whole wide world - jealous, much? - has practically EVERYTHING you could want in this business; she's intelligent enough to pick her moments and do her homework, she's fast on her feet, technically gifted, fearless, has flawless skin, an amazing body and I cannot BELIEVE I haven't mentioned it until now but dammit, she has the best hair colour in the whole freaking world!

And Gavin Taylor? Heh; who the fuck is Gavin Taylor. That pretty much sums everything up as Marie looks to head into this one. Sure, I know who he actually IS, and sure, I know what he's done in the IWC too, but the Tattooed Hooker Bitch - god I love Alana Starr for coming up with that name - won titles and she's still sat at home wishing she'd had the bottle to keep going rather than running away the minute the management of IWC made her face someone who could actually wrestle!

Gavin... sweetheart... I hope to fuck that you're ready for the experience of facing the #GingerNation I really do, because Marie is on FIRE right now, no pun intended! I don't care what company you hold titles in, I don't care what you've achieved elsewhere that makes you think you've got anything more than a snowballs chance in hell in this match, because the short and skinny of it sweetheart, is that no matter what you can say you've done, I'll bet dollars to donuts that Marie will have surpassed it time and time over! So listen up sweetie... this Monday night on NewAge; do yourself a favour, and just forfeit your match, it's the only way to avoid complete and utter embarrassment, TRUST me on that one sweetie!

2014 was the rise of Marie Jones as she went from part of a professional wrestling family to arguably being the stand out member of that same family! But 2015? Well, this year is the year of the #GingerNation, and by the time we're ready to usher in a NEW year, the #GingerNation won't just be a major part of this business... it will BE the business! I'd say good luck Marie, but... well, we BOTH know you won't need it, don't we?

Sophie xx

P.S. Gingers; Love us or Hate us, it's STILL an obsession... bitch!

The camera feed begins to roll.  Immediately we are greeted with the lovely view of the beautiful and exquisite Mari e Annabelle Jones.  Silas Mason’s Baby Spice is wearing an onyx-hued black bodycon dress with a sheer high-neck lace collar with lace that graces her shoulders like vines on a garden gate.  The hemline stops just above the knee.  Her feet are encased in black patent pumps.  Her long red hair is left to hang unrestrained to shoulder length.

“Gavin Taylor…”

Marie shakes her head, making tsk tsk sounds “…it’s sad, really.  It’s sad for the simple fact that you are facing me on New Age.  You drew the  unlucky short end of the stick, you just had to be the one to have to face The Phoenix of Silas World on New Age.”

A snide grin forms across her lovely features. “It really does suck to be you, doesn’t it?”

“You see, Gavin, you may very well be the IWC Evolution Champion and that in and of itself speaks of how good you are.  That speaks of how talented you are and how you can beat anyone at any given time.  Hell, we could even talk about how you are world champion in NFW, but sometimes people get  all in a hissy fit when we mention other companies, acting as if success in other companies doesn’t matter, so we’ll leave that one to rest for now.”

“The point is that you are good, Gavin.  You are damn good.  Tag Team Champion with Andre Jordan for a time.  Evolution Champion currently.  There is no denying your resume.” She pats herself on the chest. “But there’s no denying mine, either.”

She holds up four fingers. “Four time world champion,” she holds up the other hand that has a ring on it “and a hall of famer.  All in all, you and I could have a hell of a match on New Age.  You and I could steal the show and give the fans of IWC something to remember for ages to come.  Two legends…or at least future legends, depends on how you view yourself…going at it in the center of the ring.”

Jones shakes her head. “Unfortunately for you, you drew the short end of the stick and unfortunately for you that is NOT how this will play out.  Allow me to tell you exactly how this will play out.”

“I could defeat you, Gavin.  We could have a hell of a match and, at the end of the day, I very well could defeat you.  But that’s not how this is going to work.  What I AM going to do is beat you within an inch of your life.  I am not going for victory, I am going for blood, Gavin.  I want you to understand that right here and now.  If I happen to win, then so be it, but winning is not my main goal on New Age.  My primary goal is to hurt you.”

“You have the unfortunate reality of being connected to Taylor Chase through marriage and that, my dear sweet Gavin, is why I am going to hurt you.  That is why I’m going to make you bleed from every orifice, from every pore.  I need Tay-Tay to understand exactly who the hell she is dealing with.  I need her to understand exactly what she is getting herself into.  In other words, I need to send a message, and I’m going to send that message…”

She points a finger at the camera. “…through you.  Your broken body will be the message delivered loud and clear to our world champion, a message telling her that she’ll be next and I’ll do the same to her if given the opportunity.”

“Don’t take it the wrong way.  Any other time we could have had a great match.  Any other time we could have blown the roof off the arena.  But like I said, you were just plain unlucky.  You drew me as an opponent at the absolute worst possible time.  I am pissed…I am bloodthirsty...and I want to hurt someone…”

Jones grins knowingly “…and you’re next in line.”
